The KMFAP Magisterial House is pleased to inform that the Honorary Consul to Malange and Luanda Norte of the Embassy of our State of Knights to the Republic of Angola, Lady Vanderleia Bettencourt, and her husband Sir Carlos Bettencourt, Director of our FEMERAID Unit in Angola for the Provinces of Luanda Norte, Malange and Bié, have recently made a significant donation to hundreds of people in need in the municipality of Kunhinga, Bié province, Angola.

Many volunteers were involved in preparing this donation and the municipality of Kunhinga also collaborated by selecting the most needy among the local population, and the selected families received a basket of basic foodstuffs as a donation.

All goods were transported from Luanda, the capital of the Republic of Angola, to Bié province. The company trucks, owned by Lady Vanderleia and Sir Carlos Bettencourt, carried large containers of food.

The Grand Master and Head of the State warmly congratulates the Bettencourt couple and expresses his pride in having them not only as a Knight and a Dame, but also as our high-ranking officials. With their humanitarian spirit and support of those in need, this couple is a role model for us all.
