The Air Rescue Team of FEMERAID International informs all our members, Knights and Dames of the Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Knights of Malta, Federation of the Autonomous Priories (KMFAP) about the followings:

A groundbreaking study by researchers at the University of California revealed that by excluding a single ingredient from one's diet can effectively delay biological aging at the cellular level.

The study, which focused on 342 middle-aged women, found that higher consumption of added sugar was linked to an accelerated epigenetic aging process, while a diet rich in essential and pro-epigenetic nutrients was associated with a younger epigenetic age.

This highlights the significant impact of sugar intake on biological aging, with every 10 grams of sugar eliminated per day resulting in a delay of 2.4 months on the biological clock.
