The Air Rescue Team of FEMERAID International informs all our members, Knights and Dames of the Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Knights of Malta, Federation of the Autonomous Priories (KMFAP) about the followings:

Deltacron', as the name implies, is a mixture of Omicron and Delta COVID-19 variants.

The 2 combined variants result in a hybrid variant that can be more contagious and may even be more lethal than the current variants in circulation.

We reiterate the importance of vaccinations and all known, well-practiced hygiene and preventive measures that must be followed to stop the spread of COVID-19, and the potential emergence of new, more problematic variants.

Other variants, possibly with imperceptible effects on immunity, may emerge from now until the end of the pandemic.
