The Air Rescue Team of FEMERAID International informs all our members, Knights and Dames of the Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Knights of Malta, Federation of the Autonomous Priories (KMFAP) about the followings:

According to some research, fatigue, cynicism, and a sense of incompetence are the three pillars of burnout.

Feeling physically and mentally exhausted, disinterested in your work, and ineffective can all be indicators of burnout. This can lead to depression and irritability towards colleagues or family. Difficulty concentrating, forgetfulness, sleep disorders and physical symptoms like stomach pain can also be warning signs of burnout.

It is important to recognise these symptoms early to prevent further deterioration in your mental and physical health.
