Fantastic news!

A recent study presented at the annual meeting of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology in Anaheim, California revealed that the age-old remedy of gargling and rinsing nasal passages with salt water may reduce COVID-19 symptoms and help keep people out of the hospital.

The study findings indicate that adults with COVID-19 who rinsed and gargled their nasal passages four times a day for 14 days with low (one-third teaspoon of salt) or high (full teaspoon) doses of a saline solution dissolved in eight ounces of warm water experienced a significantly lower hospitalisation rate (19% to 21%) compared to 59% for those who did not. The saline treatment should not be used in place of the COVID vaccine.

Keep safe and stay healthy!
